ONRAMP Global Onboarding Journey

This is the final step of ONRAMP. If you completed the onboarding journey and your completion is recorded in Goodyear learning Center (GLC), open this to claim your digital badge. What is ONRAMP? ONRAMPis Goodyear’s Global Onboarding Learning Journey. Participants have 4 weeks to learn about Goodyear’s history, culture, and innovations. This is an online journey so participants are free to take in the content at the pace and time that works for them.  How to enroll? Self enrollment is not available. New salaried associates will be invited by the Global Learning & Development Team (within ~ 33 days of hire) to join this journey.  How to earn the complition badge? Once you successfuly complete the journey, the completion will be recorded in Goodyear Learning Center (GLC). After that, you can claim your badge here.
